We ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Because waiting too long for your collection—and her arrival? Unacceptable. 

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands—sealed with heart confetti, of course.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS.

Add a little wiggle room during holidays or big drops—your pieces are worth it, and she always arrives beautifully packed. 

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

If you’re international and eyeing something special—hang tight. We’re working toward expanding shipping in the future.

Yes.

All orders ship in clean, unbranded, sturdy boxes with no explicit imagery on the outside.

Your collection stays private—safe, secure, and beautifully packed inside.

We accept all major payment methods—Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and yes, even PayPal.

Your checkout (and your collection) is safe with us. 

Not officially. Most of our items are limited, collector-focused, or one-of-a-kind, so we don’t offer standard returns or exchanges.

However—if something arrives damaged or you’re not 100% in love, message us within 14 days and we’ll work it out.
No guilt. No ghosting. Promise.

Once your order is with USPS, it’s technically out of our hands—but if something seems off, reach out.

We ship with tracking and care, and we’ll help however we can if life happens—even to spicy mail and wandering beauties.

Prints ship flat and protected, bookmarks are boxed and secured, and all items are carefully sleeved.

Everything ships in sturdy, heavy-duty corrugated boxes — no flimsy mailers — because how your art arrives matters just as much as the art itself.

We make sure she arrives safe, snug, and ready to be adored.

Our prints are produced on 300gsm archival satin, shipped flat (never rolled), and made in small batches.

They’re frame-worthy, hoardable, and built to last.

They’re made from real rust-resistant aluminum, printed double-sided, and finished with a vinyl sleeve and tassel.

Designed for collectors—not casuals—and shipped boxed and snug.

Our stickers are waterproof, UV-resistant, and dishwasher safe.
They’ve survived rain, laptops, bottles, and conventions—go ahead, stick them and forget it.

Each original piece is hand-drawn by Apathy, signed, sleeved, and backed.

Once it’s sold, she’s yours—and only yours. 

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
Our limited-edition metal books often don’t come back once they’re gone.
Stickers and prints usually return—unless we vault them.
