FAQ – Spicy Answers to Your Burning Questions

We ship out orders within 1–2 business days—because waiting too long for your babes? Unacceptable. You’ll get a tracking number the moment your order leaves our hands (sealed with heart confetti, of course). 

Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days via USPS. Add a little wiggle room during holidays or big drops—your waifus are worth the wait. 

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
If you’re international and drooling over a Bunny Babe—hang tight. We’re working on it. 

We accept all major payment methods—Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and yes, even PayPal.

Your waifu obsession is safe with us (and so is your checkout). 

Not officially! Most of our items are limited, collector-focused, or one-of-a-kind—so we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
BUT if something arrives damaged or you’re not 100% in love with your order, message us within 14 days and we’ll work it out. No guilt, no ghosting. Promise. 

Only if we haven’t packed it yet—once it’s confetti’d and kissed goodbye, it’s on its way.

Once it’s with USPS, it’s technically out of our hands—but if something’s off, just reach out. We’ll help however we can.
We ship with tracking and a kiss of luck, but life happens (even to spicy mail). 

At the moment, we’re not accepting full custom commissions—but we do love hearing your ideas. Some of our character drops and spicy art themes have come straight from fans.

Our stickers are waterproof, UV-resistant, and dishwasher safe. They’ve outlasted rainstorms, laptops, and questionable conventions. Go ahead—stick it and forget it. 

Some yes, some no.
Our limited-edition metal books and One-of-kinds often don’t come back once they’re gone. But stickers and prints? Those are usually available again—unless we vault them.

Every order is hand-packed by Cara with care, sealed with heart confetti, and shipped in a sturdy corrugated box—no flimsy mailers here. 

They're made from real rust-resistant aluminum, double-sided, and finished with a vinyl sleeve + tassel. Designed for collectors, not casuals—and yes, we ship them boxed and snug. 

Printed on 300gsm archival satin, shipped flat (never rolled), and made in small batches. They’re frame-worthy, hoardable, and built to last. 

Yes! Each piece is hand-drawn by Apathy, signed, sleeved, and backed. Once it’s sold, it’s yours and only yours. 

Each book has a short print run, premium paper, and spicy art from cover to cover. Some even have metal covers. They're made to be collected—and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
