Shipping and returns policy

We only ship to US addresses, we don't ship outside of the US at this time.

We package and ship every order ourselves and we take great care to inspect and pack each order before mailing to make sure that it's exactly what was ordered. Shipping Policy 

•  We are excited for you to receive your order!  We use USPS to ship orders, and most orders are processed within two business days; however, we ask that you allow additional processing time during peak times such as holidays.  
•  If there are any issues receiving your order, such as carrier delays or a missing package, we ask that you notify us immediately and we'd be happy to assist. 
• United States:  All orders $100 and over within the US will receive free shipping. For orders under $100, the shipping cost is a flat rate of only $5.82. 
• Orders over $500 will require a Signature upon delivery. 

Returns Policy 

At CQCollectibles, we pride ourselves on creating and offering premium-quality products for our customers. We happily back our products and hope you love your items!

• Please reach out to us as soon as possible if your item has occurred damaged during transit, we will need you to provide us with photos showing all proof of the damaged item & package. • Our refund policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

• Any returns must be approved by us before you send them back, please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery if you have a problem with your order.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when we sent the order.

• If an item shipped with free shipping, the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refunds issued.
• Please feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about returns!
• We don't accept any returns on custom or personalized items.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
